Beginning August 1, 2010, you will have the option of picking up your monthly bus pass at a PSTA bus terminal between the 1st and the 15th of each month. The $4.20 co-pay is still required. You must pay CASH (no money orders, no checks) and show photo ID to pick up your pass at one of these terminal locations:

You can still get your pass mailed by sending your money order for $4.20 to GPTMS at 13825 Icot Blvd #613, Clearwater, FL 33760.

A Bus Pass Trip Verification Form must be submitted by the 15th of the month in order for you to be eligible for the next month's bus pass. For example, you must turn in your form no later than July 15 in order to get your August pass. You must submit the form every month, no exceptions. Additional forms are available online here at www.gptms.com, at PSTA's terminals, or by calling GPTMS at (727) 545-2100. Send your completed form by the 15th of the month to GPTMS at 13825 Icot Blvd #613, Clearwater, FL 33760 or fax to (727) 544-0171.

Also starting August 1st, the $1 pass is being eliminated. All clients will now get a regular monthly bus pass with the $4.20 co-pay. Please be ready to pay the $4.20 co-pay beginning with your August pass.
